| COMMUNITY CONNECT GRANT PROGRAM

RUS defined rural areas, applies to areas where 100% of the area is unserved

| DISTANCE LEARNING/TELEMEDICINE GRANT PROGRAM

Grants from $50K to $1M

| RURAL BROADBAND ACCESS LOAN PROGRAM

RUS defined rural areas, applies if 15% of an area is unserved

| TELECOMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE LOANS

Primarily a program for ILEC’s, this loan program is for towns of less than 5,000. Municipals and REC’s are eligible only if they are the ILEC.

| RECONNECT GRANT/LOAN PROGRAM

This is a $600M program for unserved areas. Applicant must serve all locations in the application with minimum 25/3
